Here are some things you can expect at your first visit:

Pain Patients

If you’re coming in with pain, we’re glad you scheduled right away. Our priority is to get you comfortable and determine the best treatment for your tooth. When possible, we’ll complete everything in one visit. However, depending on the complexity of care, sometimes same-day treatment isn’t possible. In those cases, we’ll help you leave comfortably and schedule a follow-up so the treatment can be done with the right amount of time. Your comfort and care are our top priorities!

New Patient Appointment & Cleanings

We know our patients hope to have their cleaning at their first visit. Your new patient appointment includes a full exam, review of your medical and dental history, and a personalized treatment plan. While we do our best to provide cleanings the same day, more often than not, they are scheduled as a second visit. This allows the proper amount of time to do the job right—especially if it has been a while since your last cleaning. The good news? Your second appointment is typically an easy and comfortable visit focused on just your cleaning!

New Patient Paperwork and History Questions

To prepare for your visit, we’ll send you new patient paperwork ahead of time. This includes detailed questions about your medical and dental history. We know the forms take time, but your answers help us provide safe, individualized, and comfortable care.
