About Dr. Hatten,
Dr. Hatten attended Belhaven University in Jackson, MS, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. After graduation Dr. Hatten moved to Memphis, TN, to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduation, she served as a Captain and Dentist in the United States Army for 4 years. At a young age Dr. Hatten knew she wanted to be a dentist thanks to the influence of her parents. They encouraged her to strive to help others, to seek a balance between work and home life and most important to stay committed to providing dental care to those in need. Thus, believing that continuing education is essential to excellent patient care Dr. Hatten continually seeks out the most current and the best continuing education courses to make sure you are always given the best treatment options available.
Dr. Alesia Hatten decided to move to Charlotte area after serving 4 years and joined the Friendly Dental Group dental practice. Dr. Hatten currently resides in Charlotte area with her family and is excited to make it her home. Dr. Hatten is dedicated to providing a superior dental experience for her patients focusing on a relationship-based care.
INTERESTS
In her free time, Dr. Hatten enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family. She has also spent time volunteering and providing free services at clinics in underserved areas. Dr. Hatten is an active member of the ADA and the Academy of General Dentistry.
